Right of Withdrawal:

When you purchase products, you have the option to cancel the agreement without giving any reason. You have 14 days to do this, starting from the day after you receive your order. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine whether you want to keep it. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all supplied accessories and — where reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging to Mascotte, following the clear and reasonable instructions provided by Mascotte.

If you use your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. If you have made a payment, Mascotte will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after return or withdrawal.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can complete and submit the withdrawal form on our website within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will do our best to process your request within 5 working days.

What are your delivery times?

Mascotte ships in the Netherlands with Post.nl and in Belgium with Bpost. Shipping costs for your order are €3.95. Orders with a purchase amount above €35 are shipped free of charge.

It's frustrating when products you've purchased arrive damaged. Please send us a message as soon as possible after delivery using our contactform. We'll get in touch with you to resolve the matter.

Our products are designed in the Netherlands, inspired by cannabis experts from around the world. Mascotte products are manufactured in Europe.

All Mascotte products are 100% vegan and gluten-free. Mascotte rolling papers are made from wood and hemp. The gum strip is made from natural gum sourced from acacia tree bark. The packaging is FSC certified and recyclable. It is printed with food-safe inks. This means they are food-safe or in other words: 100% safe, should you get them in your mouth.

Mascotte tubefillers come with a 6-month warranty in the Netherlands. To claim this warranty, please send us a message through our contactform We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Keep your defective tubefiller until your request has been processed; Mascotte may request the device from you for quality inspection and/or as proof of defect.

If you clean the tubefiller with soapy water after use and let it dry thoroughly, it will last a long time.
